Simon Smith

Simon Smith is a fully apprenticed Carpenter. He served for a full apprenticeship for 5 years with reputable builders Collier and Catley, completing a City and Guilds in Advanced Crafts and Institute of Carpenters qualification, passing with a Distinction. Before establishing S&D Builders, Simon also worked as Finishing Foreman and Project Manager for Caversham Builders Limited.

David Knaggs

David Knaggs served a full apprenticeship as a bricklayer and holds a City and Guilds from Thames Valley University. David has worked on many high class building projects including Farley Hill Castle and Wokingham Free Church.
